1.The MERCHANT guarantees the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided by its Users/clients. Such information will not be used, disclosed, or made available to third parties, except in cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions. The MERCHANT protects the personal data of the user/client, obtained during the completion of the electronic form for making a purchase request, unless the Client has provided false information. In compliance with the applicable legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the MERCHANT may use the Client's personal data solely for the purposes outlined in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data may be used will comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, rules of morality, and good conduct.

2.The MERCHANT undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties—state authorities, commercial entities, individuals, or others—except in cases where explicit written consent has been obtained from the Client, the information is requested by state authorities or officials authorized by applicable legislation to request and collect such information, or the MERCHANT is legally obligated to provide the information.
