TERMS OF USE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY VIRTUSTIME.COM

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which the MERCHANT provides services to its clients via the online store www.virtustime.com. These terms bind all users. By clicking the "BUY" button, the client agrees, fully accepts, and commits to complying with these General Terms and Conditions.

  2. Identification of the user/client for the purpose of reproducing their statement of agreement to the General Terms and Conditions and for the placed order is conducted through the log files stored on the www.virtustime.com server, including the client's IP address and other relevant information.

  3. The products listed on the www.virtustime.com website do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a demonstrative online catalog describing the merchant's product range.

  4. By clicking the "BUY" button, users agree to purchase the goods in their cart. This action has legal binding force. The client receives order confirmation, and upon receiving such confirmation, the contract is considered concluded.

  5. The MERCHANT reserves the right to decline the delivery of a confirmed order if the goods are unavailable. In cases of out-of-stock items, www.virtustime.com will notify the client within the working week via the provided email address or phone number. If a payment has been made, the client may choose between a refund, order cancellation, or a substitute order.

  6. The contractual language is Bulgarian, and payments shall be made in Bulgarian levs (BGN), including VAT.

II. DELIVERY

  1. The client assumes full risk for damage/loss of the goods upon delivery. Once the goods are handed over to the courier, the risk transfers to the client. www.virtustime.com is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other delivery providers.

  2. Upon delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the user/client or an authorized representative. Any damages, defects, or other issues must be reported to the MERCHANT immediately. If damage is discovered during transportation, the MERCHANT is not responsible for warranty service. If specific delivery dates and times are agreed upon in writing by the MERCHANT, this agreement is binding. In cases where incorrect or invalid addresses, contacts, or phone numbers are provided, the MERCHANT is not obligated to fulfill the order.

8a. Upon delivery, the user/client or a third party must sign the accompanying documents. A third party is considered anyone at the specified address who accepts the goods. Refusal to accept the goods, except as described below, is deemed unjustified, and the client is liable for delivery and return costs.

8b. If the delivered goods clearly do not match the ordered goods and this can be determined by a simple inspection, the client may request replacement within 24 hours of receipt.

III. WARRANTY PERIODS

The MERCHANT provides a warranty document for purchased goods if issued by the manufacturer. The document includes the address and phone numbers of authorized service centers, warranty terms, and warranty periods for the purchased goods.

IV. PRICES

  1. Prices listed on the site do not include transportation costs to the client's address. For shipments outside Bulgaria, the client must pay all customs and related export fees.

V. USER/CLIENT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. Users/clients may browse and order items listed on www.virtustime.com.

  2. Users/clients have the right to check the status of their orders.

  3. Users/clients are fully responsible for safeguarding their usernames and passwords and any actions taken using them. The user must notify the MERCHANT immediately in cases of unauthorized access.

  4. The user must pay for their order as specified on the www.virtustime.com page.

  5. All users are required to respect the rights and freedoms of others, comply with applicable laws, and follow the principles of morality, good conduct, and Internet ethics.

VI. MERCHANT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. The MERCHANT is not obligated to monitor how users utilize the provided services.

  2. The MERCHANT may retain materials and information posted on the www.virtustime.com server.

  3. The MERCHANT has the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services in cases of non-compliance with these terms.

VII. PERSONAL DATA

  1. The MERCHANT guarantees the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided by its users/clients.

23a. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or with explicit client consent.

VIII. AMENDMENTS

  1. The MERCHANT may amend these terms and conditions, notify users via the website, and provide a reasonable period for review.

IX. TERMINOLOGY

25-28. Definitions for terms such as "user/client," "order," and "MERCHANT ownership."

All disputes will be resolved amicably or through the competent Bulgarian court.
